Hi, I’m Nicole — founder of Found Her Success.

I’m based in the Washington, DC area, and I began my makeup journey in 2014 as a professional makeup artist. I loved the creativity and the confidence I helped women feel, but over time, like many service-based entrepreneurs, I experienced burnout. Long hours, constant bookings, and income tied directly to my time made it clear I wanted more flexibility and freedom.
